VILLA EUROPA is a family-run residence, built in 1965; renovated and improved from year to year, today it offers a comfortable and homely place, with the purpose to make our guests feel at home.
The property, surrounded by nature, consists of 14 apartments (one, two or three bedrooms) from 2 to 6 beds, each of them has its own garden or terrace with outdoor table, chairs and parasols. All our apartments have a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, crockery and cooking pans. All prices are per week and include gas, electricity, water, parking, free wi-fi, use of the common areas.
VILLA EUROPA was built following an idea of sharing spaces and activity. Our guests have their own apartment, but if they wish, they can share spaces, time and common services with other guests. The residence is surrounded from 3,600 sq. m. of garden, solarium, outdoor shower, ping pong, play area for children, barbecue, firewood oven, outdoor tables, common room with TV and full equipped kitchen, a laundry and ironing room. It is possible to reserve the whole property, or part of it, for groups, schools, meetings, team building sessions; spaces can be equipped according to the needs of the group.
VILLA EUROPA is located in the south-east part of the island, and is at short distance (150 meters) from a beautiful beach which is a mixture of sand and pebbles, an ideal place for your holidays in the nature. The beach of Morcone is free to the public but you can find also beach baths and has two windsurf schools, diving centers, water skiing service and on the beach you can rent umbrellas, deck-chairs, motor boats, pedal boats, and canoes. It is possible to dock your own boat in the reserved area of the bay (unattended docking).
The Villa is in one of the most luxuriant bays of the island, Morcone di Capoliveri, which is a favourite family vacation spot. Here you’ll find three restaurants/pizzeria and three bars. There is a small supermarket for your daily shopping at the camping site Croce del Sud, just 100 metres away.
Several possibilities of trips and cultural walks: Monte Calamita is very appreciated by the lovers of the mountain bike and of the trekking; it is possible to visit "la miniera del Vallone" and "la galleria del Ginevro", or to go to Capoliveri, a beautiful medieval village which is famous for its “chiassi” (very small streets) and for its “belvedere” (terrace), from there you will admire wonderful views of the whole island.
Only two km from Villa Europa, you’ll find the village of Capoliveri, with supermarkets, shops, typical restaurants, pubs, pharmacies and medical centre.
